Geographic Information System Program Services

The City of Sault Ste. Marie requires a vendor to deliver comprehensive Geographic Information System (GIS) program services offsite in Ontario. The requested scope includes hosted ArcGIS platform services, network and system administration, enterprise geodatabase maintenance, data validation, spatial analysis, user support, training, and ongoing managed services. Vendors must also manage, design, configure, and enhance GIS applications and dashboards, including roughly 49 web applications and 14 dashboards. Eligibility is limited to Canadian organizations. Vendors must submit electronic responses digitally through the Bidding System by November 4, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. local time, and direct all questions no later than October 19, 2026. Submissions require a narrative work plan, a visual project schedule chart, a company overview, project team CVs, three relevant project outlines, three public agency references, a list of subcontractors, and a stipulated lump-sum price workbook for the initial three-year term in Canadian dollars excluding HST.
