Park, Recreation Planning and Consulting Services

The Town of Sahuarita needs specialized planning, analysis, facilitation, and implementation support for Parks and Recreation initiatives. The selected vendor must develop a comprehensive ten-year Parks & Recreation Capital Improvement Plan that includes reviewing existing assets, validating project inventories, identifying facility needs, estimating costs, evaluating community growth, establishing a project prioritization methodology, and conducting financial, staffing, and implementation analyses. USA organizations are eligible for this contract, and performance of the work will occur offsite. The contract period shall be for one year. Written questions must be submitted through the portal's "Vendor Discussions" tab by October 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM AZ Time.
