Real Estate Broker Services

The Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation seeks proposals from qualified USA-based firms or brokers for commercial real estate broker services. The selected broker will develop and implement marketing strategies, create property listings with professional photographs, publish listings on relevant platforms, and qualify potential buyers for facilities located in Batavia, New York. Offsite performance is permitted for these work scope tasks. Only onshore, United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Interested parties must submit all questions by October 14, 2026, and deliver their final proposals by Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Submissions must include an initialed and signed checklist, a non-collusion certification, a Finance Law Affirmation of Understanding under State Finance Law §139-j, and an Offerer’s Certification of Compliance under State Finance Law §139-k(5).
