District Administration Services

The Ogden Valley Parks Service Area seeks an independent contractor to deliver district administration and operational support services in Ogden Valley, Utah. The selected contractor must manage board administration, handle park operations coordination, maintain district records, coordinate public communications and reservations, and manage grant reporting. Only onshore USA applicants are eligible, and work performance requires on-site presence. A three-person committee evaluates proposals using a 100-point scale: relevant experience and qualifications (40 points), understanding of needs and proposed approach (30 points), availability and capacity (20 points), and written communication and responsiveness (10 points).
