Borough Attorney Services

The Borough of Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, requires borough attorney services for the calendar year 2027. The buyer seeks qualified persons or firms with the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to deliver cost-effective, high-quality legal services. Eligible respondents must be onshore USA organizations that demonstrate the necessary continuing qualifications and agree to the compensation terms established by the Borough. Respondents must submit an original and four bound copies of their Qualification Statement via mail or hand delivery to 25 Lenox Avenue, Pompton Lakes, NJ 07442 by November 20, 2026, at 4:00 pm. All questions were due no later than September 29, 2026. Qualification Statements must include administrative details, an executed Letter of Qualification, the names and addresses of all firm principals, and a proposed rate schedule detailing hourly rates or other pricing structure. The Borough and its Review Team evaluate proposals based on the most advantageous terms, considering factors such as experience, reputation in the field, cost-effectiveness, and total information provided.
