Facility Scrap and Recycling Services

The Louis Stokes VA Medical Center needs facility scrap and recycling services for its main campus in Cleveland, OH, and associated offsite facilities. The contractor must handle the on-call removal, freight, and processing of scrap materials, perform proper disposal of non-recyclables, submit required monthly and annual reports, and return 100% of recycling proceeds to the VA Agent Cashier. Eligibility is restricted to onshore US vendors. The proposed contract structure consists of an indefinite-delivery, as-needed base ordering period plus four additional ordering periods.
