Personal Protection Items Service

Couleecap Inc. requires bids for personal protection items to support the State of Wisconsin’s Weatherization Program. Requested supplies include disposable coveralls with attached elastic hoods, boots, and elastic wrists, disposable nitrile gloves, full-face reusable respirators, and compatible organic vapor respirator cartridges. Bidders may submit proposals for any, all, or a combination of the requested items, but respirators and cartridges must be fully compatible with 3M brand equipment. Bidding is open to onshore, USA-based safety supplies vendors. Bids will be evaluated on a line-item basis, with awards going to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all requirements. Applicants must submit a completed Vendor Information Form, a signed Bidding Instructions form, a signed Cost Sheet, and specification sheets documenting that each item meets required standards. Submissions are due digitally via email to [email protected] or by standard mail to Couleecap by 2:00 PM on November 10, 2026. The contract period runs for one year from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with options to renew for up to two additional one-year terms by mutual written consent. All pricing must include freight-prepaid delivery to Westby, Wisconsin.
