RFI for Scientific Consulting Services - Sources Sought

The United States Department of Agriculture requires offsite scientific consulting services to support its program for a government authority located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The requested scope includes operational support, Brown Tree Snake (BTS) barrier testing, data analysis, summary figure generation, transcription of photos, and BTS removal tool modification and development. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid. Key personnel must possess direct experience with BTS biology, ecology, and locomotion, and personnel must have the ability to obtain a DBIDS or Common Access Card for military base access. Required tasks demand an on-Guam component for field testing and troubleshooting, and travel to Guam for on-site testing at military installations may be required.
