Host Server Bundles Services

Butte County Purchasing Services is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB No. 37-27) to procure two units of HPE Host Server Bundles, with each unit comprised of four servers, to be delivered FOB Destination to Oroville, CA. The required contract term is three years, and work performance is offsite. The buyer requires refurbished or renewed hardware that is fully tested, meets manufacturer standards, consists of original HPE parts with matching firmware baselines, and includes three years of vendor operation support. No substitutions or alternative products will be accepted. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit a signed bid form along with the Specification A Price Sheet, state a description of any recycled-content materials used, and guarantee prices for at least 30 days.
