Pressure Washing Services

The City of Glendale’s Procurement Division is seeking pressure washing and related cleaning services for citywide hardscape surfaces, including sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and pedestrian areas. The selected contractor must perform these services on an as-needed or scheduled basis using qualified personnel, complete setup with required wastewater collection and traffic controls, and maintain a two-hour response time for emergency requests. Eligible US-based organizations must register with the Arizona Corporation Commission prior to contract award. Bidders must submit questions to Shoalynn Gilliland by October 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM Local Arizona Time. Sealed offers are due before October 2:00 PM Local Arizona Time on October 21, 2026, delivered to the City of Glendale Security Desk on the 1st Floor at 5850 W. Glendale Ave., Glendale, AZ 85301. Submitted pricing must use a complete crew hourly rate format detailed within the Pricing Workbook, including any required minimum billable crew hours per assignment. Offers must remain valid for a minimum of 120 days following the submittal deadline, and the City reserves the right to make single, multiple, or line-item awards.
