Janitorial Services

The California Department of Highway Patrol needs five days per week janitorial services for its facility in Sacramento, California. The scope of work covers general offices, private offices, briefing rooms, and locker rooms during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eligible bidders must be USA-based organizations with a local city or county business license, a DIR registration, and a record of sound business integrity. Non-profit organizations must certify their eligibility to claim non-profit status, corporations must be in good standing, and winning personnel must pass driver license and fingerprint checks. Prospective bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting on October 27, 2026, submit all questions by November 12, 2026, and include the completed DGS PD 843 and DGS PD 05-105 forms with their bid package. The contract term is one year, and the buyer is seeking budget proposals.
