JAMS Scheduling Subscription Service

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board seeks competitive bids for the renewal of its JAMS Scheduler and Execution subscriptions to provide continued licensing and support for workload automation and job scheduling offsite. The scope requires one production JAMS Scheduler subscription, 500 production execution subscriptions, one testing/UAT scheduler subscription, and 500 testing/UAT execution subscriptions annually. The contract term covers a three-year period paid annually, starting with Year 1 from November 30, 2026, to November 30, 2027, alongside optional Year 2 and Year 3 terms. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations. Applicants must submit quotes with applicable pricing, licensing details, and their Department of Information Resources contract number, if applicable.
