Food Equipment Repair Maintenance and Installation Services

Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES requires a vendor to provide cooperative food service equipment repair, maintenance, and installation services in Spencerport, NY. The requested scope includes servicing refrigerated equipment such as refrigerators, walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice makers, as well as non-refrigerated equipment including ranges, ovens, warming cabinets, steam tables, coffee makers, toasters, and food mixers. The contract term runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations authorized to issue insurance in New York State with an A.M. Best rating of A- or better. Bidders must submit proposals in a sealed envelope containing non-collusion and Iran divestment certifications, an indemnification agreement, customer references, technician certifications, a completed W-9, proof of liability and workers' compensation insurance, and a price sheet provided on both a flash drive and paper copy. Bids must be received before the bid opening at 2:00 p.m. on November 5, 2026, at 3599 Big Ridge Road, Spencerport, NY.
