Environmental Services Clean City Support

The City of Tucson requires a vendor to provide environmental services clean city support for citywide cleanup operations. The requested scope includes regular and on-call services for rapid response to illegal dumping and public safety incidents, homeless encampment refuse removal, roadside litter abatement, community cleanup events, and general worksite support. Eligible applicants are limited to onshore USA organizations. Interested vendors may submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 15, 2026.
