Janitorial Services

The City of Knoxville Purchasing Division is seeking sealed bids for janitorial services at two Knoxville Police Department offsite locations: the Fifth Avenue Facility and the Phil Keith Firing Range/Driving Range Facility. Required duties encompass cleaning public areas, offices, conference rooms, work areas, kitchens, restrooms, entrances, stairs, and corridors, as well as performing carpet and hard floor maintenance. USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the contractor must maintain commercial general liability, auto liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
