Arc Flash Hazard Analysis Study Service

The City of El Mirage requires a qualified engineering firm to perform a comprehensive Arc Flash Hazard Analysis Study. The scope of work includes field data collection, short-circuit analysis, protective device coordination study, arc flash hazard analysis, label installation, final reporting on system deficiencies, and four hours of staff training across nine well sites, eight booster stations, five generator switch gears, one sanitary lift station, one water reclamation facility, and three generator transfer switches. Eligible bidders are onshore USA organizations holding all required current federal, state, and local business licenses and permits at the time of bid submittal. Questions must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov procurement portal by October 28, 2026, at 1:00 pm. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the portal by November 10, 2026, at 8:00 am, and must include certificates of insurance, licenses, and completed questionnaire responses.
