Janitorial Services

The State of Missouri Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction is seeking janitorial services for designated state facility locations in Lebanon, Missouri. Required services include emptying trash containers, washing soiled bins, changing liners, transporting recycle bins, cleaning interior and exterior door glass, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and damp mopping hard surfaces, wet mopping break rooms and restrooms with disinfectant, and conducting inclement weather cleanup. The contractor must also supply EPA-registered disinfectants and provide additional janitorial personnel, paper products, or dispensers upon request. Bidders must be located in the United States and achieve an approved registration status in MissouriBUYS to receive an award. Bids may be submitted via mail, email to [email protected], or online through MissouriBUYS. All submissions are due by October 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time, and vendors must submit completed required exhibits, including Exhibit A Bid Signature Page and Exhibit C Pricing Page. The contract term begins on the effective date of award and lasts through one year.
