Custodial Services

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) requires comprehensive custodial services for the Salem Traffic Operations Center in Salem, Virginia. Work scope includes routine facility cleaning, trash removal, surface disinfecting, floor maintenance, and glass cleaning, alongside supplying necessary OSHA/VOSH-compliant equipment and UL-approved cleaning materials. The initial contract term spans one year from the award date, with opportunities for four additional one-year renewals.
