Ambulance and Medical Equipment Supplies and Services

The City of Independence, Kansas needs a vendor to provide ambulance and medical equipment supplies and services, including installation, vehicle wrap, reflective graphics, accessories, freight, testing, documentation, and training. The required scope includes installing an auxiliary electrical system with protected circuits, USB and USB-C outlets, specific interior electronics, specified exterior warning lights, and medical equipment components with rechargeable batteries and software. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor must perform the work offsite at its own office premises. The City will inspect the chassis, conversion, electrical and HVAC systems, graphics, and medical devices, requiring the vendor to correct any deficiencies at its own expense prior to final acceptance.
