Opioid Settlement Funds Service

The County of Midland, Michigan, requires a vendor to provide opioid settlement funds services to support the county's response to the drug overdose epidemic. The selected vendor must deliver opioid prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery services to develop, implement, enhance, or expand evidence-based strategies or promising practices. Scope includes programs addressing substance use disorders, polysubstance use, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Eligible applicants are limited to onshore, United States organizations that will perform the work offsite. The buyer requires proposals to establish the project budget for a one-year contract term.
