General Engineering Services

The Township of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, requires general engineering services on an as-needed basis for a contract period running from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. Bidding is open to US organizations with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, personnel with valid New Jersey Professional Engineer (P.E.) licenses, and onsite performance capabilities. Proposers must submit an original and one signed copy of the technical proposal to Township Clerk Angela Lazzari by 10:00 A.M. on October 30, 2026. Submissions must include personnel qualifications, a list of similar services provided in the past five years, an Affirmative Action Statement, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, an Owner Disclosure Statement, an Affidavit of No Conflict of Interest, an Affidavit of Contribution Statement, a Proposer Signature Page, and a Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran form. Evaluations will focus on the relevance and extent of staff qualifications, experience, reputation, training, resource availability, and the reasonableness of the cost proposal. The Township reserves the right to award a contract within 60 days of selection.
