Architectural Design Services

The Aurora Housing Authority seeks a qualified onshore US organization to provide complete architectural design and coordination services for the renovation of the Residences at Trolley Park in Aurora, Colorado. The selected vendor must evaluate, design, permit, bid, and support construction, with a scope covering existing conditions due diligence, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, closeout, subconsultant management, and cost control. Eligible US-based entities must perform the work onsite and submit their responses digitally via email or online, including a capacity worksheet detailing projects valued at $3,000,000 or more scheduled between November 2026 and December 2028. Applicants must submit all questions by October 19, 2026.
