Architectural and Engineering Services

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, on behalf of Georgia State University (GSU) in Atlanta, Georgia, requires one or more architectural and engineering firms to provide design, estimating, scheduling, and construction administration services. Selected firms will work on an as-needed basis under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract term is one year, with the possibility of a one-year renewal. Eligibility requires onshore USA vendors with well-established college and university planning and design experience in new or renovation work. Proposers must submit questions by October 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with answers provided by October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Interested firms must submit one complete electronic PDF submittal via Jaggaer Sourcing Director by November 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. A Selection Committee will evaluate responses based on experience, sustainable design expertise, past references, and schedule and budget management. Short-listed candidates invited to interview must provide a sealed Rate Schedule using Exhibit A.
