Tennis Court Management and Program Services

The City of Newton, Massachusetts, seeks a vendor to manage tennis courts and deliver comprehensive agency-wide tennis programming for residents. The selected vendor must maintain agency clay courts, run group, private, and semi-private tennis lessons across multiple locations, manage registration software, and maintain an informative website. Additional scope includes providing state-licensed children's camps, clinics, and leagues, as well as hiring qualified teaching staff and delivering 24-hour customer service. Eligibility is limited to US-based onshore organizations capable of performing the work onsite. Applicants must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than October 16, 2026.
