The Town of LaCrosse, Florida, seeks proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to assist in evaluating, developing, and implementing a legally compliant Fire Services Special Assessment. The selected firm will review fire service costs and property data, develop an assessment methodology, prepare supporting documentation, assist with resolutions and public hearings, create the assessment roll, and coordinate with governmental agencies. Eligible applicants include qualified onshore (USA only) professional consulting firms with demonstrated experience in municipal fire services special assessments. The contract term lasts for one year, and offsite work performance is permitted.
