The government authority in Port St. Lucie, FL needs a vendor to provide digital PBX systems, parts, installation, and maintenance for existing school district facilities on an as-needed basis. The requested scope includes call reporting software for Avaya systems, installation and configuration of an IP Office 500 V2 Server to replace existing hardware, 9508 digital speakerphones, Datel Call Suite-Enterprise Edition, and all associated system costs. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the performance of the work will take place offsite.
