As-Needed Creative Agency Services

The Port seeks full-service marketing agencies to provide as-needed creative agency services that augment its in-house content team. Selected service providers will partner with the Communications and Community Engagement department to develop strategic planning, marketing campaign concepts, branding initiatives, design, creative copywriting, and campaign implementation across the agency's five sub-brands. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 20, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026. The contract period will span five years, and the buyer is currently looking for proposal budgets.
