Emergency Communications Software

The County of Westchester Bureau of Purchase and Supplies is requesting bids for emergency communications software under bid number RFB-WC-26309. The scope of work requires providing one year of RapidSOS UNITE Communicator Text-To-911 licensing, Single Sign On one-time process services coordination and support across six sites, and deployment and integration services across six sites. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must be onshore USA organizations. Sealed bids containing the vendor name, bid number, and due date on the outside of the envelope must be submitted by physical mail or hand delivery before 2:00 PM on October 28, 2026. Emailed and faxed bids are not permitted. Bidders must provide unit and extended pricing for each item on the official bid form. The County will evaluate bids based on compliance with specifications, guaranteed delivery time, and vendor qualifications, reserving the right to investigate experience, ability, and financial standing prior to award.
