Cloud-based Canvas - Integrated Remote Proctoring Solution

The buyer needs a cloud-based, fully automated remote proctoring solution that integrates with Instructure's Canvas LMS. The requested scope includes automated exam monitoring, student identity and environment verification, event detection, accessibility accommodations support, and reporting capabilities without requiring human proctors. The software must support Canvas assessment workflows, optional dual-camera proctoring, restrictions on unauthorized application or browser access, and compatibility with third-party publisher platforms. Vendors must also provide vendor demonstrations and conformance documentation, such as a VPAT. To be eligible to bid, entities must operate onshore within the USA, and performance of the work will occur offsite. Licensing must accommodate unlimited usage for MCC faculty, staff, and students based on current FTE, with all potential incremental or feature-based costs explicitly disclosed in the proposal. Interested parties must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and vendors must submit all questions no later than October 26, 2026. The contract term spans three years.
