The Board of Trustees of Metropolitan Community College requires a Canvas-integrated accessibility checker solution to enable faculty to evaluate and re-evaluate accessibility across entire Canvas courses from a consolidated workflow. The solution must support relevant Canvas-authored content, provide faculty-friendly remediation guidance, offer course-level summary views, and identify any automated or AI-assisted remediation options without replacing human review where contextual evaluation is required. The contracted performance period will last for three years, with work performed offsite. To be eligible to bid, respondents must be located onshore within the USA.
