IT Vendor Pool Services

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) requires up to seven vendors to establish a vendor pool that will fulfill niche IT roles. These roles include expertise in data engineering, cloud, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities located in Canada, and performance of the work must take place onsite in Ontario. Applicants must submit questions online by October 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT, and an optional notice of bid intent is due by November 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. Vendors must submit proposals electronically by December 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST, utilizing two separate digital envelopes to ensure no pricing is included in the initial proposal document. The buyer seeks proposals detailing costs, and the one-time purchase delivery date is set for March 8, 2027.
