Classification Study Service

The City of Wheatland in California requires a vendor to perform a classification study service offsite to ensure position classifications accurately reflect current responsibilities and maintain reasonable pay differentials. The selected vendor must distribute job description questionnaires to employees and complete an internal salary relationship analysis with guideline recommendations for 13 specific position classifications within the general employee’s association bargaining unit. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply for this project.
