Government Relations and Legislative Lobbying Services

The State of Rhode Island Department of Administration needs a vendor to provide government relations and legislative lobbying services offsite. The selected firm must monitor state and federal developments, track legislation and budget provisions, advise on strategic responses, and collaborate with the Commissioner on Postsecondary Education to advance agency priorities. Only USA onshore vendors are eligible to submit a bid. Applicants must complete and submit the MBE, WBE, and/or Disability Business Enterprise Participation Plan form at the time of bid submission to receive participation credit. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
