Project Management Oversight Services

The government authority in Connecticut requires project management oversight services for both vertical and horizontal construction projects from design through close-out. The selected vendor must handle project administration, quality assurance, owner representation, cost estimating, schedule monitoring, daily inspection reporting, scope development, and coordination with university departments, consultants, and code officials. Only vendors located onshore within the USA are eligible to bid, and the performance of the work will be offsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 22, 2026. The buyer is requesting proposals to establish the budget for this project. The contract period will run for one year.
