The required scope includes a dedicated, single-tenant Linux server managed through a cPanel/WHM control panel to support PHP-based websites and MySQL-compatible databases with a combined footprint of 50GB site data and 30GB database content. The vendor must provide specific hardware resources, onshore SOC 2 Type II data centers, 24/7/365 monitoring, managed firewalls, malware detection, and daily off-server backups with defined recovery targets. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA entities. Bidders must quote firm, fixed prices and submit responses digitally via email or online, with work to be performed offsite. Bidders must agree to standard city terms, including compliance with Ohio Workers’ Compensation laws, carrying required Commercial Liability Insurance, and adhering to the City's Equal Opportunity Clause.
