Child Nutrition Program Administrative Reviews Service

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services needs a vendor to provide Child Nutrition Program administrative reviews and technical assistance. The selected vendor must conduct off-site and on-site administrative reviews, pre-operational visits, and targeted follow-up reviews for child nutrition programs. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Applicants must submit a completed Exhibit A Price Sheet along with required attestation forms, contractor experience narratives, technical approach, management plan, and references. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026. Evaluators will score responsive proposals up to a maximum of 375 points. The evaluation criteria allocate up to 150 points for the price proposal, 75 points for contractor experience and program knowledge, 75 points for technical approach and methodology, 50 points for the management plan, and 25 points for references. Respondents must provide fixed unit prices per category, and the budget must detail cost categories for both the initial term and renewal term.
