Safety Codes Services

The government authority in Alberta requires a vendor to provide safety codes services within the corporate boundaries of the municipality. The requested scope includes building, electrical, plumbing, gas, and private sewage disposal disciplines, as well as compliance monitoring services following the Safety Codes Act and the municipality's Quality Management Plan. Only Canadian onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Applicants must submit all questions no later than October 26, 2026. The buyer is seeking proposals to establish the budget.
