Vending Machine Services

The City of Unalaska requests proposals from qualified USA organizations to place, install, stock, operate, maintain, and service one vending machine inside the Parks, Culture & Recreation Community Center building. The buyer requires the vendor to supply all inventory, restock regularly, manage cashless payments, perform routine maintenance and repairs at no cost to the city, and ensure the machine is clean, safe, and sanitary. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore USA organizations that possess or can obtain required licenses, permits, registrations, and liability insurance naming the city as an additional insured. Vendors must submit proposals containing equipment specifications, experience, references, proof of insurance, and copies of applicable licenses to the City Clerk by October 26, 2026. The city will evaluate proposals based on completeness, responsiveness, vendor experience, past performance, and compliance with applicable procurement requirements.
