Hospital Patient Food Services

The State of Kansas Department of Administration seeks proposals from qualified onshore US vendors to provide safe, sanitary, nutritious, clinically appropriate, secure, and uninterrupted food services for the new 104-bed South Central Regional Mental Health Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. The selected contractor must supply three daily meals, snacks, nourishments, nutritional supplements, alternate entrées, and meal substitutions 365 days a year while accommodating regular, therapeutic, medical, dental, religious, cultural, texture-modified, food allergy, and food intolerance diets. Bidders must register with the state and officially request an invitation from the procurement officer at least 24 hours prior to the event finish date. Vendors must submit proposals digitally via email or online, including a current Tax Clearance Certificate and completed forms for Immigration Reform and Control, Boycott of Israel, and Sexual Harassment. All written questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via email in MS Word format prior to the close of business on November 3, 2026. The contract term is for one year, and bidders seeking specific preferences must submit the appropriate documentation with their bid responses.
