Graphic Design Services

The Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council requires graphic design services to establish a Standing Offer Agreement for projects such as report designs, website graphics, and marketing materials. The selected contractor will conceptualize and produce fresh, brand-compliant document designs in English and French based on client-supplied messaging, incorporating up to two rounds of requested edits and preparing final files for printing or web posting. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the designated platform by October 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT. The resulting standing offer term will run from November 15, 2026, to October 31, 2029, with an option to extend.
