International Teacher Recruitment Services

Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools seeks a strategic partner to provide international teacher recruitment, placement, candidate screening, J-1 visa sponsorship, visa program administration, compliance management, relocation, onboarding, and ongoing support services. The buyer requires a contractor to recruit highly qualified international educators to fill critical staffing needs while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. Only USA organizations performing work offsite are eligible to bid. Offerors must submit proposals digitally via email or online by November 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT, and direct all solicitation questions via iSupplier Online Discussion by October 29 at 2:00 PM. Proposals must include all required information, attached response forms, and a completed Exhibit A Cost Spreadsheet. An Evaluation Committee will evaluate responsive proposals based on price and other specified criteria, with cost accounting for 20 points and proposed approach accounting for 20 points. The resulting contract purchase agreement will carry a five-year term, and awardees must provide proof of required general, auto, professional, and workers' compensation insurance before execution.
