Animal Pharmaceuticals Services

The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids for an annual contract to purchase and deliver veterinary pharmaceuticals and miscellaneous supplies offsite to its municipally owned animal shelter. Eligible USA organizations must perform work offsite and deliver supplies Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm on an as-needed basis. Interested vendors must submit proposals online through the SAePS portal by October 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CT, as hard or emailed copies are not accepted. The City held a pre-submittal conference on October 21, 2026, and accepts final written questions until October 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. CT. Required submittals include the 007 Signature Page, Attachment A Price Schedule, Form 1295, and relevant preference tracking forms. The City plans to evaluate submittals and award the contract in November 2026, with work commencing after contract signing and submittal of required insurance and bonds.
