Printing Services

Texas Southern University requires offsite printing services in Houston, TX for booklets, postcards, trifold brochures, pocket folders, small posters, and large posters. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and all questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and quotes must be priced per unit with prices held for 90 days from the bid opening date. Texas Southern University reserves the right to evaluate and award the bid based on low line item bid, low total of line items, or any combination that best serves its interests. The resulting contract term will last for three years.
