Microfilm Services

The buyer requires a vendor to collect, scan, index, and convert approximately 1,912 rolls of microfilm containing archived public health medical records into searchable digital format. The contractor must perform Optical Character Recognition on all scanned images, assemble each patient's complete medical record into a single multi-page PDF file, and return the digital records and original microfilm unless written destruction is authorized. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will be offsite. The contract period will be for one year, and vendors must submit questions no later than October 21, 2026.
