Calendar Print and Mail Services

Riverton City needs a vendor to print and mail 15,500 total copies of its 32-page 2026 City Event Calendar. The contractor must perform print preparation, saddle-stitch binding, drill one hanging hole, apply full-bleed color on specified paper stock, process a provided mailing list to mail approximately 15,000 copies using the contractor's postage permit, and deliver the remaining 500 copies to the City Recreation & Events Department. Eligibility is limited to onshore vendors in the USA, and performance must occur onsite. Vendors must submit complete, legible quotes on the provided forms, ensuring electronic or signed ink submittals include freight costs, a per-calendar mailing price, and referencing RFQ CC26075.
