School Based Mental Health Services

Campbell County School District #1 requires a vendor to provide short-term, offsite, in-person mental health evaluation, counseling, and support services to enrolled students with behavioral health concerns. The selected provider must dedicate licensed providers with caseload availability to serve up to 15 students at any time throughout the calendar year at the provider's community location in Gillette, Wyoming, and assist families in accessing ongoing community services. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations. Prospective vendors must submit questions by October 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM MT, and submit their final proposals by October 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM MT. The school district will evaluate bids based on the best interest of the district rather than solely accepting the lowest bid, applying Wyoming preference according to state statute and board policy.
