Court Reporting Services

The government authority in Tumwater, WA requires a vendor to provide statewide court reporting services, including coverage for appeals units pre-hearing conferences, oral arguments, and hearings. The scope includes providing services in person or electronically via Zoom or other web-based platforms, as well as delivering legal transcription of electronically recorded proceedings. Court reporters must generally be available Monday through Friday during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. Eligible vendors must perform the work onshore within the USA and provide onsite performance. Interested parties must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests cost proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than November 2, 2026. The resulting contract term will be for one year.
