RecTrac and WebTrac Software Renewal

The City of Jacksonville requires a contractor to provide FY27 Vermont Systems' RecTrac and WebTrac software renewal on an offsite, as-needed basis. Only onshore, United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. All responses must be submitted electronically through the City's e-procurement system, 1Cloud. Bidders must bid a single offering for submissions, submit all pricing as firm for the first year of the initial contract period, and note any specification deviations in writing at the time of formal bid submittal. The City evaluates prompt payment discounts of less than thirty days without considering them to determine the low bid, and unit prices will govern in the event of an error in price extension.
