The City of Bangor invites consulting firms to submit written proposals for airport planning services at Bangor International Airport. The required scope includes a master plan update, obstruction analysis, aeronautical survey, environmental assessments, land acquisition, rates and charges study, minimum standard evaluation, feasibility study, and land side access study. The estimated contract term spans four to five years, and performance will take place offsite. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid.
