Custodial Services

The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust needs comprehensive custodial services for multiple utilities locations across Oklahoma City. The selected vendor must handle sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, descale work, and sanitizing of designated facility areas, fixtures, glass, and surfaces. Responsibilities include providing all necessary materials, paper products, and trash liners, as well as supplying a dedicated General Supervisor and a full-time, local On-Site Crew Supervisor with requisite experience. Eligible bidders are onshore USA organizations that can perform the work onsite and complete OSBI felony background checks for all personnel. Proposers must address all specified locations and upload their cleaning processes as a separate attachment, submitting responses digitally via email or online along with pricing in Exhibit A. The buyer is seeking proposals for a contract term of three years, with options to renew for two additional three-year terms. Vendors must submit all technical questions through the electronic bidding system no later than October 30, 2026.
